Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SoulShift AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of service

SoulShift AI provides an AI-powered personal development and manifestation platform including guided journaling, affirmation generation, vision boards, habit tracking, and a 90-day structured manifestation journey. Features available depend on your subscription tier.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
• Free tier usage is subject to the limits stated in the app and may change at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service at a rate that exceeds normal human usage.
• Share, sell, or resell access to your account or subscription.
• Transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service (journal entries, vision boards, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you — including sending it to our AI provider to generate insights. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not sell it to third parties.

7. AI-generated content disclaimer

The Service uses AI to generate personalised insights, affirmations, and guidance. This content is for personal development and inspirational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that affect your health, finances, or legal situation.

8. Intellectual property

The SoulShift AI name, logo, software, design, and all non-user-generated content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without our written permission.

9. Availability and modifications

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulShift AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or to the Service. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SoulShift AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
